Anger, sadness, tears and laughter are all part of a regular day in my world as a hypnotherapist.
Meeting different people from all walks of life.
Motivating people and supporting them through difficult emotions in order to reach their goals.
Helping people quit habitual behaviours, thus enabling them to get back in control of their lives.
Getting rid of phobias and fears.
Supporting people to lose weight, raise their confidence and increase their self-esteem.
Helping banish anxiety in order to live a happy productive life.
A day in the life of a hypnotherapist brings variety and challenge. It’s such a wonderful feeling to help bring about change for others.
Do I like my job? Oh yes for sure, despite the occasional anger, sadness and tears. There is always lots of laughter and the end result is always joyful.
I don’t just like my job, I love it. I feel very grateful to be able to say that.
